This week we are talking about self-care. I know that it can be something that is overlooked when life gets busy. I'm here to let you know how important it truly is for yourself and the relationships around you. Too often we get so caught up in the day to day events that next thing we know our cup is empty and we're on the verge of burnout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Morning yoga session - Wake up your body in a gentle way by doing some stretching and meditation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Journaling - I find that writing down my thoughts helps clear my mind, and is a great way to track my wins and goals.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
