  • 1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

    2. Many of my services require consultation.

    3. We will also ask you for a basic medical history, such as allergies and contact information.

  • Our treatments are in high demand, and our schedule fills quickly! To ensure you get your preferred date and time, we recommend booking in advance. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, pre-scheduling is the best way to secure your spot. You can also request a courtesy call to be notified if your ideal appointment time becomes available.

  • Late Arrival Policy
    To respect the time of all our guests, please note that late arrivals may shorten the length of your service. Appointments will end at the scheduled time so the next guest is not delayed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we’ll kindly reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • All treatments are performed in a private room to ensure you feel relaxed and at ease. For spray tanning, you may undress to whatever level you’re most comfortable with. During waxing services such as Brazilian or Bikini wax, your esthetician will guide you through the process and let you know exactly what’s needed.

  • Your comfort and safety are our priority. Please let us know if you have any special needs—we’re always happy to accommodate whenever possible to ensure you enjoy your visit.

    If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or high blood pressure, please consult your physician before booking services that involve heat, as these treatments may not be suitable.

    For lash lifts, please inform us if you are wearing contact lenses. We recommend removing contacts before any lash service for your safety and comfort.

  • We accept gift cards, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as bank debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. They are a way to show your satisfaction with the service you received. The customary gratuity for spa services is 18–20% of the service cost.

  • Anyone e under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian provide consent for any service. This helps ensure a safe and comfortable experience for every young guest.
