$130/mo includes one custom, dermaplane, or seasonal facial per month, 10% off retail, and 10% off additional services.

6-month commitment, then month-to-month after.

Terms of service: 

• Auto-debit with the card on file.

• Requires a 30-day written notice of cancellation.

• One membership per person.

• No rolled-over facials. Facials must be used monthly or they will expire.

• The membership monthly fee is subject to Ohio Sales Tax at 7.50%

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Discounts do not apply to packages.
