Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please store valuables in your car or purse before your service.
Visitors
Only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room during their appointment.
Conduct
We ask that all guests treat staff with respect. Inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave. Clients remain responsible for any services rendered, whether completed or not.
Privacy
We collect personal and health information to maintain a safe environment, ensure continuity of care, and customize treatments to individual needs. All information is kept confidential.
Special Conditions
Please inform us of any changes to your medical condition prior to your appointment, as certain conditions may limit the services we can safely provide. Guests will complete a brief health questionnaire at check-in to ensure safety and comfort.
Minor Policy
Children under 10 are not permitted during services and must be accompanied by an adult in the reception area.
Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent Form prior to receiving services.
Intake Forms
To save time, please complete any applicable intake forms before your visit. Forms can be printed from our website.
Cell Phones
To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, please silence or turn off cell phones while in the studio.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards may be purchased for services or dollar amounts starting at $25. They are non-transferable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and cannot be extended beyond the expiration date. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required when using a gift card.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks with ID, and all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Prices Subject to Change
While we strive to keep our website and studio menu updated, prices and services are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service at any time or for any reason.
First Visit
Please arrive 5 minutes early for your first treatment to allow time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may reduce your treatment time, and all services will end at the scheduled time to avoid delaying the next guest.
Appointments
We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your preferred time. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service; however, your appointment may be shortened to avoid delays for other guests. No refunds or discounts will be given for abbreviated services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance by phone. Texts, emails, or DMs are not guaranteed and cannot be accepted as official cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
No Show Policy
More than one no-show will be treated as a late cancellation, and a fee up to 50% of the service may apply. Future appointments may require a deposit.
