Studio Policies
First Visit
Arrive 5 minutes before your first treatment to allow ample time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Appointments
We recommend booking your studio appointments in advance to ensure desired times are available. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Studio appointments are reserved specifically for you, so we ask that you give us 24 hours advanced notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Late Policy
If arrival is delayed, we will try to accommodate your entire appointment, but this is not always possible. Therefore, your service may be abbreviated to fit in the time available and avoid delays for other guests. There will be no change in price for abbreviated services.
Cancellation Policy: If clients cannot keep their appointment, we require a phone call 24 hours in advance. This allows us to schedule and service other clients. Text messages, DMs, and emails are not guaranteed to be delivered and can not be accepted as cancellation methods. Clients canceling an appointment with less than 24 hour notice impacts the studio and the opportunity to service other clients. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the scheduled services for these last-minute cancellations.
No Show Policy
More than one (1) No Show will be handled the same as cancellations. However, we reserve the right to charge a No Show fee of up to 50% of the service cost. We also reserve the right to request the client to deposit future booked appointments.
Loss or damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items. We strongly recommend storing your valuables and personal articles in your car or purse before starting your service.
Visitors
Only the person receiving the service is permitted inside the treatment room during the service.
Conduct
Please refrain from being inappropriate with our staff members. If, at any time during your appointment, our staff feels that you are conducting yourself in a manner not conducive to our guidelines, you will be asked to leave. You will also be financially responsible for services rendered, whether services have been completed or not.
Privacy
We collect health and personal information for three reasons: to promote a safe and healthy environment for our guests, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and; to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies. Rest assured, all information remains confidential.
Special Conditions
Please notify us of any changes to your medical condition before booking an appointment, as certain conditions will limit the services we can safely perform. For example, if you have been diagnosed with high blood pressure, will have any difficulty getting on or off the table, have been diagnosed with diabetes, or are pregnant. In addition, all guests must complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.
Minor Policy: For the safety and comfort of our guests and staff, children under the age of 10 are not permitted to accompany an adult during any service. They must be accompanied by another adult while in our reception area.
Anyone under 18 receiving services must have a parent or guardian sign a Parental Consent Form before receiving services.
Intake Forms
To save time and make the most of your visit, we encourage you to fill out intake forms before you arrive. Please print and fill out the form(s) that apply to your service(s).
Cell Phones
We want to create an atmosphere that allows all our guests to escape from the world outside. In consideration of others, please refrain from talking on your cell phone inside the studio. All cell phones must be in silent mode or turned off.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for specified services or dollar amounts beginning at $25 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Donation certificates are non-transferable, and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. If an appointment to redeem your studio gift certificate is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, your treatment and gift card may be forfeited.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of services rendered. Cash or local checks w/ID preferred. All major credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.
Prices Subject To Change
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and studio menu updated, prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we reserve the right to refuse service at any time or for any reason.
